Maria Koshenkova – glass objects

Maria Koshenkova makes stunning glass objects and I turned one of them into a musical instrument, which could be played like an instrument.
Movements in and around the object would trigger different sounds which would also react in various ways on the dynamics and the amount of the movements.
I used a webcam interface (mounted on the ceiling, above the object) and our custom made software „livebuilder“, which I developed together with Christian Vogel (software engineer).
